I have tutored students from State schools, Academies and Private schools, and have a proven record of success in improving their performance.

In particular, I have helped many students to improve their enjoyment of, and confidence in, the subject.

I qualified as a teacher in 1975 gaining a Cert. Ed. (Bristol); and subsequently a B.A. and M.Ed. and have taught Secondary school mathematics, to external exam level, for over 40 years holding positions of Head of House, Head of Department and Curriculum Co-ordinator within a Leadership Team. I have also been an Examiner and Marker for an Examination Board.

Since retiring from full-time teaching, I have held the part-time post of Maths Intervention Tutor in a Secondary school supporting mainly Premium Pupils and SEND students.

I have over 35 years experience of successfully tutoring students of all ages and abilities.
